- For any uncommon or tricky pronunciations, phonetic helpers are appreciated. The best rule is to assume the emcee does not know your catchy/tricky names.

Oklahoma enforces the “ONE TITLE, ONE WALK” rule and reserves the right to alter protocol as needed.
Accepted parts of individual protocol:
- Name (Your general Court/Stage Name)
- Heir Apparent title (there will not be a separate walk for Heirs Apparent. You will walk with your home Court.)
- Highest Ranking Court Title (only 1 title)
- Additional title bestowed by the Oklahoma Reigning Monarchs
- Titles bestowed by our late Founder, Jose I
- Titles bestowed by Queen Mother of the Americas, Nicole the Great
- ONLY Reigning monarchs may use monikers.
- Reigning monarchs may use no more than five (5) dynastic names
(hyphenated names count as two) - Past monarchs, line members, and others may use no more than three (3) dynastic names.

NON-Accepted parts of individual protocol:
- Houses or Societies
- Stories or Phrases
- Ball announcements
- Excessive surnames
- Vulgar or offensive words
- “Whoopty-dos”
- Other crap or non-essential words
The ICAO Protocol Team and Coronation Committee reserve the right to edit all protocols.
